Rental Terms

  • Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am
  • All rates subject to a local 11% Sales & Accommodation Tax.
  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation.
  • The rental balance is due 7 weeks before arrival.
  • No smoking or pets.
  • Arrival and departure cleaning is included. Also, all bath towels and sheets and some beach towels, beach chairs, all kitchen utensils and such are also included.
